Continuing my outsourcing theme here is a review of a company that I have used very successfully on a number of occasions.
VMGBPO is to quote them:
VMG BPO is an outsourcing services company that enables individuals,
entrepreneurs and large businesses to outsource personal, business
and internet related tasks to save time and money.
I first came across VMGBPO on elance a year or so ago, when I was looking for some research projects to be completed. They are located in Bangalore, India and the company is headed up by Kartik Isvarmurti.
VMGBPO offer a broad range of outsourcing services which are to numerous to list in this post but do check out their services page for a full list. VMGBPO offer a pay as you go model with rates varying from $3-$8 per hour which I think is very competitive. They do however charge a one-off fee of $25 to setup an account, I am not quite sure what this includes but I guess they must have some administrative costs to cover. Payments are collected using a credit card or via your Paypal account and invoicing is done using Freshbooks, so its all online and really easy to use. Once signed up you can send work to the team using the online forms again, all really simple.
VMGBPO claim that all their staff are graduates or post graduates from some of the top educational institutes in India, I personally have no reason to believe or disbelieve this but given the quality of the work that they produce It seems that they have staff with good quality skill sets. Whilst we are on the subject of work, what are they like?
To put this into perspective I have used a number of companies to do some of my VA work all with varying levels of quality and service, buts it fair to say that VMGBPO have stood out as the best that I have come across. I did at one point go elsewhere and ended up getting bitten, so back to VMGBPO with my tail between my legs!! I have used them for a variety of tasks some easy and some more complex and they have always delivered to the standard that I expect. David seems to be the VA that I get and he is brilliant, always polite and most importantly keeps you informed as to what is going on, and shock of shocks even told me over Christmas that he was short of staff and would it be OK to deliver the requirements a few days later, I cant knock the guy for being honest. So often I have been palmed off with lame excuses or worse just good old silence. I like working with VMGBPO, they are professional and deliver quality work at a great price without any fuss. I thoroughly recommend using them if you need any jobs doing that you really dont want to do!! Its a liberating experience getting all those nagging jobs completed whilst you sleep!!
